1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Cloud Telecom Group, operator of the osdo cloud brand, Valide-i Atik Mah. Nuh Kuyusu Cad. No: 219/4, 34664 Üsküdar / Istanbul / Türkiye. For anything in this policy, write to info@osdocloud.com.

2. What we collect

At launch, this website collects personal data in exactly two places:

  • The contact form — your name, email address, message, and (only if you choose to provide them) company name and phone number.
  • Server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL and timestamp, produced automatically by the web server for every visit.

There is no account registration, no checkout and no newsletter on this site today. If that changes, this policy changes first.

3. Why we process it

  • To answer your inquiry and follow up on it — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and pre-contractual steps where you ask about a service.
  • To keep the platform secure and diagnose faults (server logs) — our legitimate interest in operating safe infrastructure.
  • To meet legal obligations that apply to hosting providers in Türkiye.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies. Analytics, when enabled, runs on a self-hosted, cookieless instance (Plausible) that stores aggregate counts, not visitor profiles. Because nothing here tracks you across visits or sites, there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact form submissions: up to 2 years after the conversation ends, so we have context if you return — deleted earlier on request.
  • Server logs: rotated and deleted within 12 months, unless a specific incident requires preserving evidence, or the law prescribes a different period.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data, full stop. Data is disclosed only to: our own infrastructure (located in Istanbul, Türkiye), service providers processing on our documented instructions, and authorities where a binding legal obligation requires it.

7. Your legal framework and rights

Our primary framework is the TurkishPersonal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask us: whether we process your data, for what purpose, to whom it is disclosed; to correct, delete or destroy it; and to compensate damages caused by unlawful processing.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, you additionally have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, emailinfo@osdocloud.com from the address concerned (or with proof of identity). We answer within 30 days at the latest, as KVKK requires.

8. Security

Data lives in our ISO 27001-certified operation inIstanbul: encrypted transport (TLS) everywhere, access limited to engineers who need it, and the same hardening we sell to our customers applied to ourselves.

9. Changes

When this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes are flagged on this page. Nothing in an update reduces your rights over data collected before it.
